BATTERY ASSEMBLY
- Plate Manufacturing & Formation – We use high-purity lead and advanced grid-casting technology to produce strong, corrosion-resistant plates, ensuring long battery life.
- Active Material Application – A carefully balanced lead oxide paste is applied to the grids, enhancing energy storage and conductivity.
- Curing & Drying – Plates undergo controlled temperature and humidity curing, strengthening their structure for maximum efficiency.
- Cell Assembly & Intercell Welding – Precision robotic systems stack and weld the plates with high-accuracy intercell connectors, optimizing power flow and reducing internal resistance.
- Electrolyte Filling & Sealing – Our batteries are filled with high-grade electrolyte and securely sealed to ensure leak-proof, maintenance-free operation.
- Charging & Formation – A multi-stage charging process activates the plates and stabilizes performance, guaranteeing consistent power output.
